I will probably buy the single gauge pod for my 1g and need a boost gauge. Is the lotek one accurate? I'm looking for a gauge that is pretty stock looking, and since it's only $20 I thought I'd ask. Otherwise I'll probably order a VDO or and OBX. By the way, I did a search and all the replies were about the pods, not about the gauge (maybe that says something). Thanks.

if you want stock looking, go with a Defi gauge. You will see there add every once in a while on the site. it has a black face but the numbers and such are white. Then when lit up they are the stock orange lighting color. Then again they are quite pricey. :thumb: :talon:

Yeah I'm pretty much looking for a cheap one that is stock looking. Thanks for the reply though.

i have that boost gauge from lotek in my gst and it had run perfect for 2 years. for the price you cant beat it.. if i were you i would go with a double gauge pod tho.. its not much more money and really later on youll want one.. i have a 2 pod pillar and now i need a 3 pod.. so

ya for the cahs its a good unit.. and it looks very stock.

Are they sticking their names on a gauge now? I'd be curious who builds it. Their pods are about the best, and the VDO gauges are very similar to stock DSM. But boost/vac gauges are fairly low-tech (1700s) and have minor accuracy issues.

Lotek gauge pods are awesome. Looks completely stock.

Here's mine. Don't mind the screws, they do come with a cap so you can't see the screws, but I was having boost gauge problems, so had to take it off (As you can see, my boost gauge isn't point to zero.....)

I regret not going with the three-pod, though, since I'm going to get an EGT gauge once I get my exhaust. So I don't know why anybody would get it with only one pod.
