looking for a good o2 housing w/ external gate

I've been looking all over the place but I can't seem to find a good o2 housing with an external gate setup. I think this the best route to go with some of the bigger turbos ive been looking at, but if some people could reccomend a place with them I'd appriciate it. Thanks for your time.

the price is not what I like to see... its $380 and it doesnt even include a wastegate! what other external wastegate setups can I do that route back into the downpipe?

yeah, i looked there, but i didnt see any external wastegate setups that reroute back into the downpipe. thats what i need since this is going to be my daily driver...

Like posted above, you can either go with the extreme, VP, FP, or slowboy O2 housings with external wastegates and they all allow you to dump to the atmosphere. But take a look at that extreme O2 housing. See where they took a Tial 40mm flange and welded onto an O2 flange? You can get a nice CNC machined O2 flange from FP for like $50 and then buy a tial that comes with all the hardware and find a welder. You need an O2 bung also that you can get from FP but you can fab the thing up for about 1/2 the price of anything stated from the above manufacturers.

nick at www.nsfabrications.com has a prototype of a 40mm external gate re-routed into the exhuast. Ask him about it. I got one of his o2 housings off his site for super cheap. Its not external gate setup tho.

i checked it out... but when you add the options to recirc the external wastegate into the exhaust it comes back to $380. damn this is expensive.

I would still call them up. I believe Brian Wilson does quite a bit of the fabrication at FP but unfortunately his website is down right now so you can't see some of his work (including a internal dump O2 housing). It wouldn't hurt to call up Scott @ VPE either. He is building a tubular manifold for a buddy of mine right now and I'm sure that if they don't have a internal dump O2 housing on their website, they either have made or can make them. You can't live by what vendors list on their website, especially since so many of them do a large amount of custom work.

Like broken TSI wrote, Nick sells his o2housing pretty cheap and re-routes them. Nick is making me one as well. Nick is a member at sddsm.org under the name grosspolluter. PM him for prices.

I got my tubular o2 housing from Andy at 122Performance.

I don't run my external off the o2, but I do have his external o2 with wastegate blockoff, for use with an external off the manifold.

The flanges are THICK, and he uses studs at the downpipe connection like factory, so downpipe installation isn't a two man job.

He's been around a long time, and his products are top notch.
