Lets talk 2G turbo install kits

I'm super close to being able to install my 20G. I'd like to get the nicest kit for a reasonable price.

Turbochargers.com has a great package located here:

Not to be outdone, SBR also has a nice kit located here:

The only differences I can see is one price, but also a couple various parts.

The TC.com kit is missing the 02housing gasket and and the hard piping. Also the clamps

The SBR kit seems to be missing the four black bolts (no idea what they are) and a couple couper crush wires.

My td06 20g has a 90degree elbo, so I wont need those black elbows (right?)

Or I could just build my own kit with:

Couple questions:
-What is that one gasket both kit sites have, the smaller circular one with 2 bolt holes?
-What are those black bolts at the TurboChargers.com kit?
-What is that black insulator looks tube at the TC site? Oil feed line protector?

Anyone have cheaper, but still effective, ideas?

I figured out the smaller gasket is for the J-pipe.
