just bought a 92 awd need help

i need to konw if i can use a 90-91 tranny ona 92 .. im guessing know but im not sure. I just bought a 92 awd and i need a tranny for the 6 bolt i have and i have a 91 but i wasnt sure it would work. please help .. thanks!

that show's how to do it if your going from a 90 to a 92 so just follow the steps in reverse.

90's have different shift cables I believe, but if you use a 91 I think everything should be fine. Just check the splines on the transfer case and make sure they match, or you may need a new t-case as well.

A 91 tranny will bolt into a 92 just fine.
Its only the 90 trannies that are alittle different.
