Hey, my car seems to be acting funny with the idle. I jumps from 1.5k to about 700 when I let it sit in the drive way or parking lot. I don't know if I should adjust the BISS or is there something that I might have to do to correct this? Sorry, if you guys have already answer this question before, please give me the link to the thread. Thanks in advance.

Well, it's okay with me with the idle acting funny. Just that sometimes when I don't want it, it comes on and it bothered the shit out of me. So, if anyone have any suggestions or ideas of what might cuase this funny idle, please post. Thanks.

I had a similar problem. When I would be driving and let off the throttle the idle would get stuck really high (2k sometimes). I bought a Wess Hess Idle air simulator, which basically tell the ECU that its seeing a certain amount of air so you can fully control idle. But the problem is still continuing even with the IAS box. Therefore I think it's probably mechanical. I blew about 230 bucks on a new IAC motor but I'm yet to install it to see if that fixes the problem.

Glad to see i'm not the only one. My idle isn't off but sometimes it sounds like it skips a beat.

My idle is all messed up too, but only when its warm. It will be driving fine, then if i turn it off to go in somewhere, come back out and start it the idle is around 700 but is REALLY jerky and screwed up. If i touch the gass the idle will jump to like 2000, sometimes even 2500!! If i go on the highway a little bit, get off its back to normal. then acts up agian. I think its the Throttle cables getting hot and contracting.

Sorry, I don't mean to jack mean to jack ur post.
