issue with #2 and #3 plugs lean

gosh after i though i fixed every thing i found out today after pulling out my plugs that #1 way normal a little rich and #2 was very white and #3 was the same as #2 and #4 was the same as #1

i really need help with this i am using coil to plug setup with #1 and #4 tied and #2 and #3 tied

any feed back on this problem would be awesome

COP are pointless unless using a msd-2 or some ignition I seen cars do 10s all day on stock beat up coils.
