Is this phantom knock?

I replaced my knock sensor after seeing black goo coming out of the old one. Now it seems to be showing more knock, but I am not getting the sputter anymore at WOT. I tried to add 2 gallons of E-85 to a full tank of gas to see if it helped at all.

Here is all pump gas:

The E-85 seemed to help a lot, but I still don't understand how I am knocking on 15 PSI.

Did you torque the knock sensor to the proper spec? over tightening can cause phantom knock. lugging the engine can cause it as well. but knock under vaccum is usually but not always phantom knock. just a thought.
