So i have some type of electrical problem, I recently got this shell, Had all the engine harness and everything untouched. I went on my way to install some electronics But cant figure out why some stuff dont light up,

Working -

Headlights,
Dashlights
stereo
most interior panels,

NOT working

Sunroof
a/c fans(interior fans)
electric locks and window motors.
Door lights

I checked all fuses and they all seem good, The only thing i've done was a battery relocation kit.

The tick (+) wire coming from the battery in the back is feeding only the two Positive wires coming out the fuse box.

any more that i might be missing?

Any ideas would be appreciated.

EDIT* just with a test light, most of the fuses inside the car will light up the test light. about 5 of the ones under there wont light up.

I know for the locks if one of the components are not working that the whole system will not work.

For locks, check: door switches, the lock motors, the switch on the back of the lock cylinders, or the relays. ( I know I just spent all of Saturday fixing them 10+ hrs. )

For the windows, check the switches and fuses. If all the wires are getting the correct power then the motors are most likely bad.

I just replaced all the fuses under the dash and nothing helped.
I talked to the previous owner and he said everything worked when he had it, the car was sitting in a lot for about 3 years not running.
Then i got it and towed it to my garage. and only electrical thing Ive done was put the battery in the back. That's why i was thinking I might of missed something in the engine bay that needs to be plugged in?

Btw, would it matter if the fuse for the alternator is in place or not?
