my bottom stud on my intake manifold just keeps slipping when i tighten it in.

i bought some thread locker and put it on it and put it in and im waiting the 3 hours for it to dry.

is that all i needed to get it to tighten so i can tighten my elbow on the TB cause im leaking 5psi out of there? or should i have used something else like 2ton epoxy, or am i just out of luck with getting it to tighten now?

Thread locker will not help much with stripped threads.

Some options:
- re-tapping the hole with OEM size tap
- re-tapping with the next size larger tap and installing a larger stud
- helicoil (drill>retap>insert heli-coil>reuse OEM stud)
- JB Weld the OEM stud threads and re-use.
