Idle is bad.....everything else is perfect

I have everything in my mod list, well the problem is, i turn on my car and it starts off idling at 1k then in like 2 sec goes up to about 2-2500 rpm and idles there. Im wondering if its just time to get a afpr or is my tps off? if anyone could help thatd be great, evertyhing else is running perfect just my idle is high.

ps- its not the throttle cable being to tight either

your TPS is most likely off.. pin 1-4 should read ~5k, pin 1-2 should be at the point of continuity and non-continuitiy, pin 1-3 (this is particular to my car, but should give you an estimate) is at ~.68k ohms when i'm at teh sweet spot.

check your ISC motor also via resistance test..
