How much psi should I run, here are my mods. plugs, wires, greddy-s bov, 3" catback w/test pipe, Dejon tool intake pipe, uicp, B16g, supra sidemount, and supra fuel pump. Stock injectors and stock fpr. Afpr on the way but for now what can I run boost wise? and what kind of 1/4 mile times could I be looking at?

Yep. You need to worry more about tuning it correctly than how much boost you can run.

I have almost the same setup. B16g and Supra fuel pump. I was tuned for 20 psi, so you shouldnt have a problemt getting there, and the pump can supply plenty of fuel for your setup. But its kinda testy on the s-afc and logger when setting the fuel trims. YOu shouldnt have a problem though.

As for your 1/4 mile time, it alld epends on how you tune it and a few other mods would help i.e. fmic. But ive seen quite a few ppl on b16g and s-afc running 11's and low 12's. So you shouldnt have much trouble getting there if you take your time.

My motto is turn it up to where you don't knock. But, since you don't have any logging equip, keep it below 15psi. I hit 130% d/c on my stock injectors w/ a 14b at 15psi. Also, your new supra pump is seriously outflowing your fpr - gas mileage will be shit and base fuel pressure is 50+psi - so you can't really tune it anyhow. I'm sure you're knocking no matter what with your setup.

what about hacking the seconed gen mas to compensate for the supra pump? :thumb: :thumbdown

Get 550's, rewire that pump, and run some race gas and you should be able to handle 24 psi at the track easily. I personally have gone 12.000 on that same turbo/fuel pump setup with 550's and the stock fpr. My friend has gone 11.76 on a stock head engine with a b16g, 255, 550's and a 50 shot. The 16g 550 255/260 pump setup is a lot more potent than a lot of people know. You would need an safc then though.
