If your bottom end is built and ready to go, the only thing holding you back is your head. You'll want it to be built slightly to handle the juice. I'd say you could run a 100 shot or maybe more. The important thing is to start lower and work your way up. I know several people who ran as high as a 75 shot on stock blocks with no problems (that's not to say it didn't wear them down much, much quicker).

Just don't put enough nos on there to blow yourself up right away. :p
