I got Carbon Fiber taillights for my Eagle Talon. I wanted to know if anybody had pictures of how to take out the old ones. I don't want to break any of the plastic screws/fasteners so could anyone on here give me a technical photo or illustrated view of taking apart the Taillights on a 1991 Eagle Talon or Eclipse. I don't want to break anything and I am anxious to install them. Thanks a lot for any help on this.:talon:

it isn't that hard.... you just undo the bolts and electrical clips, i think its a 10 mm bolt, and they pop out no problem.
just remember when putting the new ones in(not %100 sure how much like the stock ones they will be for attachment) not to tighten the bolts too much. on the stockers, if you tighten too much you can break the actual bolt off(i've done that on one of the bolts that holds it on)
good luck

i also forgot to mention that the plastic panels come off easy and shouldn't be brittle so they can be twisted pretty good to work them all out.
not sure off hand which panels have to come off.

well i just took my stockers out to clean them up nice and put them back in.........it shouldn't take too long......an hour tops!
