Hollands Performance goes 8.9, 8.8

Been a long time comin, but finally broke through that 9 second barrier. Still fighting some small issues like the converter being a little too tight and dropping the boost on the shifts and still have the boost turned down for what its capable of. passes were made on 42lbs. Would like to see about 55lbs by the end of the season. Will post up vids later.

Track condidtions Were perfect for the day. Track temps were about 100* and air temps were about 70*. First pass of the season off the trailer was an emotional 8.98@158. Second pass was an issue of not being able to hold the car back on the brakes and went a 9.1@157. 3rd pass was super smooth 8.88@157.

What track you guys hit? assuming the Spokane one, And what was the issue on not being able to hold it back? Did you make a converter change to a tighter one? None the less the streak of bad luck is finally over, congrats on the 8's

its only made a few more passes, having staging issues car went a few 9.1 and 9.0 passes with traps all around 158-9mph, working through some minor issues... heading to IFO woodburn next weekend, should have some videos posted then! i will do my best to keep everyone updated!

Trevor ran a few 8.7 today and still drove in the trailer awsome job guys. Even had a chance to beat jeff. Hope we can get a rematch soon once we sort some issues.

Congrats to Trevor, you made a great show Buddy, a pair of 8.7's is a great start not to mention beating me twice. I however had a car that had motor issues so I had to lift on both passes, Nice work Holland Performance.
