help plz [isc] i think

i looked everywhere and could not find an answer to my problem? about a week ago i boosting about 19 with my 16g turbo and all off the sudden the cars sputters at an idol now i can hear a hissing in the intake manifold but did pressure checks and boost leak tests and couldnt find any leaks i thought it might be the isc but im not really sure my boost only hit 15 peak now and like i said it idols funny i have no check engine light and when im driving it runs perfect plz held any advice is good

So you presure test the entire intake and you are able to pressurized the system to 20psi then hold that for at least 30 seconds right? If not, repeat the test properly. http://www.vfaq.com/mods/ICtester.html

it didnt hold it for 30 sec becuase the air all went out o the ntake, ill test it again though, when you unplug you ics should anything happen? if it its good imean? its getting jearkey when i barely push on the gas maybe its fuel related??? my mods are just boostgauge and mbc k&n air filter hacked mas and an exaust

i did a much better pressure check and found a huge leak at the oring inside of the throttle at first i thought it was the throttle body gasket becaz apparently that is a common problem but i guess i need a new throttle body anyone have one for cheap im gonna look around. has anyone ever had this problem before i thought it was kinda odd it affected every thing it sucked maybe this should be added to that list of (boost leaks in odd places)
then again maybe not also does the 2g throttle body fit a1g and what the difference if any??

You don't need new TB. The leak you're speaking of is either

1. BISS o-ring. http://www.vfaq.com/mods/BISS-2G.html

2. TB shaft seals. http://www.ca.dsm.org/faq/tb-shaftseals.html

Both are already well known to the boost leak community.

i know that i didnt need a new throttle body but it was free and easier than tearin apart the old one except problem still persists runs much better now but still a loss of some vacum (2-3 psi) and still not booosting normally i havent vacum checked the new throttle body with my luck same leak probably im gonna do another test tonite ill let you know how it goes later any other suggestions are greatly apreaciated

well i found a leak in the trottle fixxed the leak and now i have a new probblem the car acts like its missing runns shittier than ever like it dosent have a turbo or something the turbo spins fine and the shaft has no play please help!!!
