I just installed a HRC S20g in my brothers car last night. His other mods are:

walbro 255 (hp), 660's, Safc, N1 offroad pipe (dp + cat), 3" n1 catback, injen intake, blitz bov, MKIV ic, ported exh. mani, HRC 02 housing, halman mbc, upper and lower ic pipes.

He does not have a logger yet however. It is coming in the mail. The question is what should we set boost to and what should he set the SAFC settings to? Just want to be able to drive the car with some power without knocking. His car is a 95 talon TSi AWD. My guess would be 15psi and -18 across the SAFC until he gets a logger but I have no experience with anything over a 16g yet.

The injector size is far more important than the turbo size.

That being said, until you can log, set the boost to ~12 to 15 - somewhere low and set the afc to ~-25 or so. This should be safe, but no guarantees. For more info, check out these links (especially #2)...
