Help me with camshaft torque please

i already know the sequence of the camshaft cap but i don't know how much to torque it. i try do some research but most of them don't say it or confuse me. can you just tell me what is the torque for cam cap please?

14 to 15 lbs should be about the same as 4g63

Spec is right & left caps no. 2 thru no. 5 and right no. 6 - M6 fasteners to 9 ft.lbs. in sequence. Apply Loctite to no. 1 and no. 6 caps - M8 fasteners to 21 ft.lbs.
