Hi!

I recently noticed that my car seems to boost less than it used to, so I am wondering if it's possible that Hallman MBC got softer during one month of driving. I readjusted it so that it's boosting 15 psi again, but tightening the nut seems to be impossible, so I think it's possible that it might untighten somehow by itself during vibration and that might be the cause as well, I'm not sure.

Has anyone experienced something like that?

Also, does anyone know where I could find a T25 compressor map and what is the approximate airflow of the 2G engine with the mods I have?

I assume 16psi on T25 is alright, and it won't blow the engine with heat soaked IC?

I'm looking on how to solve CAS problems with newer year ECUs so that I could do IDC log, but the experiments suggested that IDC was at 30ish % at high loads and high RPMs when boost was set at 15 psi, so I assume 16 psi should be alright for everything except maybe turbo.

So does anyone has any insight on that? And insight from someone with some experience with overboosted T25s aside "2G upgrade path says 16 psi" would be really great. I understand that turbo will go to 15 psi and less at 6500 RPM +.

Also, it seems that if I floor the gas only like 13 psi are getting built in 2nd gear now, the 3rd, 4th, 5th have no problems hitting 15 psi which is the value I have set for now.
