gvr4 question???

ALL RIGHT, i cant think of any other place for this. I just bought a gvr4 and i was wondering if i could put gsx's after-market blow-off valve into the car..because i cant find any where, where i can find parts for the gvr4. and if anyone know where i can find parts..let me know. i have gsx, but im not sure if my stuff would work onto the gvr4. i tried lookin around and this is one of my last deal. thanks for any type of help...thanks

You have a 4g63t in your car, so YES, you can put almost any Eclipse/Laser/Talon part on your car. We have the same motor so we share the same parts.

Although some stuff is specifically designed for a GVR4, such as a front mount and piping.

galantvr4.org..i actually went on there and it doesnt seem to be much inform. looks like a super small forum compare to dsmtuners. so, i was wondering, i have a turboxs type h blow-off valve...could that be transfer over the the galant?? where is a good place to look for parts. i know we got things like machv.com, here...slowboyracing...### the hell does galant vr4 have. i've been looking, and i cant come up with anything.

Because it has the same engine as Eclipse/Talon/Lasers, the GVR4 is able to use nearly everything flawlessly from any DSM site such as Slowboy. As long as the part you are ordering is for a 1g, it should work.

However, some things do not bolt on flawlessly. Front mount intercooler kits, for example, are made for the E/T/L body, but with just some trimming here and there and maybe different mount points, it would work on a GVR4.

There aren't very many (if any, I haven't seen any) GVR4 specific retail shops. Like I said, just buy something for a 1g and you should be fine.

You can find all the answers to your galant questions by searching or posting on the galant board. It is a small group because there are not alot of VR4`s in the US. But that is where you have your best chanse of getting the RIGHT answer to your question.
And yes the galant is 4x114.3
You can also put any BOV in any car.
