hey guys, just wanted to know what you think are the best plugs for my 97 gst spyder. it has a rough idle and i think the plugs need to be more performance oriented. it has some cheas ac delco plugs right now i think. what are your inputs.
 
Don't see your mod list, but rule of thumb NGK suggests to go a heat range colder for each 100HP added to the engine.

NGKs 6ES (OEM)...7ES (+100HP)...8ES (>100HP)

FYI.. I've used 7ES' in my current ~350WHP setup with no problems.
