Greddy profec B spec II problems

Well i did a boost leak test with my key turned to accesory so that i could see my boost on the Profec b. I was trying to get to 25psi or so but everytime i got around 19psi the Greddy solenoid in my engine bay would click a bunch of times and bleed off air so i couldnt go higher than 19psi for my boost leak test... Also when im driving around i have my boost set to 22-23 psi and when it spools up to 19psi it will make that fluttering sound for a second and then it will eventually rise up to 22 or so... Has anyone else had this problem?? My current settings are;
GAIN 8%
Set gain 23.5
set 58%
warning 24.5
warning L 22
I also have the plastic cap removed on the Solenoid..

Return that Profec B II and get your money back. Get the Profec B Type-s. RRE doesn't recommend the Profec B II, due to the fact that the unit has so many problems. I got my Profec B Type-S and I have no problems at all. Sometimes old school is better than new school

return the profec, look for the older profec on ebay. Every single spec II we dealt with at our shop had problems, plus it was not very accurate.
