That's definitely too expensive for a build car especially for a '92. I bought my prebuild '90 DSM with 60 trim turbo, forge block and head for $4000.

Albeit I made a significantly amount of changes but that is the deal you should be looking for. Better yet if you still want a stock block look for prices in the $1000-$3000.

the 92' was 4500. stock head but a good amount of custom parts. and the car was mint. i'd offer him $3,700
