Front Limited Slip Question

When I raised my 99 GSX and put it in gear I noticed the front left tire wasn't spinning. I'm assuming thats because there is no front LSD. What brands are good for a front Limited Slip and are they really necessary?

Quafe makes great LSDs (but expensive) and if you want traction to go fast than it is necessary, but check if the left shaft is connected, I would think it should be spinning like the others when its in the air. Since its a 2g GSX I would get a center LSD first, than Rear, and front for last. 2g GSXs have bad rear diffs

Thanks for the advice. The tire was spinning but really slow and the right was spinning about twice as fast as the rears so i think it was just because all the power was going to the right.

yeah open diffs suck u can weld it but ide rather be safe than sorry
