While looking on ebay for a larger fuel pump than my current Evo8 rewired, I came across this high flow 50mm denso fuel pump. 50mm makes it a drop in replacement for 1g AWD. This pump is used by C5 Vette guys on forced induction applications for big power. Supposedly it flows 390lph:thumb: I emailed the seller and asked him the output and he said "it was around 400lph if i remember correctly" as he's had it on the shelf for awhile.
I payed $47 shipped, so if it is what is supposed to be, id say i got a pretty good deal! It seems to be comparable or is the "cosmo" pump that Buschur and MachV sell for $400+

If C5 guys are picking these up for a lot less than $200 and they put out what they do, It seems like a nice option for 500+whp
Also it is a Denso, so it should be long lasting and most likely quieter than a Whinebro

Fuel flow at decent boost levels looks ok. No one runs their boosted car at 40psi total fuel pressure. Rewired, it flows 258lph at about 35psi boost. Does it have a pressure relief valve like the walbro intank pumps?

Good question, not really sure as i don't have the pump in hand just yet. What is the black hole in the pic of top of pump? Denso's website makes it appear that all of their pumps have them. It is the 195130 prefix part # that 1g and supra pumps are.
Do 1g and supra pumps have relief valve?, which im pretty sure they do. Than i would assume this has one. My evo8 pump has one and its denso but it is made in 2003
This pump will definitely flow enough for what ill need, but give me a little growing room and less headaches for now i hope.
I was going to run a 20g, but I found a 6blade Hx40 pretty cheap from the place that begins with a G:shhh: I should have it in a few days, so ill see its condition in person
