I have a evo 3 16g for sale. minimal side to side with no oil and no in-out.
There are no cracks in the turbo.
Also I have a fitting I tapped for .07 restictor that I used for keeping oil pressure down. VRSF jpipe (puts the pipe on the driver side which is a better design) newer SS feed line. $375 shipped
