So i been waiting to fix my door locks for a while now considering my door handles both broke and i wanted to fix those..

So i got two new door handles im about to install and i cant figure out for the life of me how to get the alarm/door locks to work..

When i push down the door lock/unlock button in the car, nothing happens, not even a sound..

What could it be? I replaced the 10a fuse in the car as well for anti theft.. what else should i check.

All electrical connections. Take the handle off and make sure no visible bad wires are exposed or broken. Next best thing is bust out the fluke

Are the power windows working? What about mirrors (if you have them)?

Check the relays too. There's one behind the radio in the front, and if you have a keyless entry, there may be one behind the driver's side interior rear trim panel (where the driver's side rear speaker is).

yup my power windows and mirrors both work..

The alarm, and the door lock use to work, but nothing happens.. =/

Listen carefully for any faint clicking noises. The relays click quietly when the locks are toggled. If you don't hear those, then I'm thinking the relay is the problem.

Did your car have keyless from the factory?

I agree with ISANTOP completely, I would look online somewhere "since IDK where these relays are located" check them for continuity "take a fire detector batteries" put the positive side with a piece of wire to the pin 87a place the negative side to 87b if u feel/hear it clicking it should be fine!!

If the relays are clicking, check power at the door lock motors. Use a multimeter and see if the voltage goes up or down when hitting the door lock/unlock. Also, you can press and hold for a second to get a steady reading. Check the wires below and make sure the signal is getting there from your bcm. This is a negative trigger. If yes check the motors. If voltage gets to the motors replace the motors. If voltage is not getting to the motors replace the driver door switch assembly. I doubt it's your bcm.
