does any company make a "respectable" body kit for the first gens??

Im just curious is all. if i were to ever get a body kit i wouldent look for a gaudy, LOOK AT ME bodykit, but something that stands out in as little of a "fast and the furious" way as possible.


also while in thinking about it, why the hell do people do a late model talon to eclipse body conversion??? i personaly think the 97 to 98 talons look better than the eclipse front end

I agree on the 99 Talons havin the best factory body kit.
As for the 1g, keep it stock other than maybe swapping side skirts if you have the crappy eclipse ones or a laser.

--Or, if you want a strong lined body kit that will just add that little bit extra, try and locate one of the elusive factory add-on kits that a few lasers had. Good luck on that one though, I've seen only a picture of one and never in real life.

the dealership made these awesome oem bumpers for the car. theyre still avaliable.

Well,I can't afford a front drift bumper right now,but,I did a little mod myself!I have a 90 talon tsi awd and swaped sideskirts from a 93 talon!Looks great and I will post pics soon!!!

I dont mind the drift front, I have seen very few I like but IMO 1st gens look fine and mean stock

I agree, it's a waste of a perfectly good talon. If I ever end up buying a 2g, and can't find a talon, I'll see about doing an eclipse --> talon conversion. :laugh:

on nopi.com they have a body kit made by erebuni.....it looks pretty good, not too a look at me body kit....its kinda like stock but in someplaces you can tell the differences.....but the bad thing about it is, it's like 651$ i think is what it said

1993 had the best Talon for the 1st gen (or at least it started in 93) too bad its a 7 bolt though
