Yeah, I just asked my buddy for you, 4 wheels would run around $300. Might as well buy new wheels for that.

They will powder coat anything and everything metal.

I'm having them redo my heat shield and valve cover.

Not a fan of painted valve covers honestly, I think they look super tacky (Black and Silver seem to be decent if done right).

Nothing special about my engine, pretty much bone stock.

I donno about that, I was looking for a 90-91 2.0 N/A when I found this. The Non-Turbos are just so much more reliable. Honestly I'd probably still buy one if I could find a decent one.

I'd help but you're kind of a few hours out of the way and I drive a 3/4 ton diesel truck. Soooo by the time I get there, I will have spent enough fuel for cams!

my TCU and my ISC are bad
i need new ones and help putting them on:dsm::talon::laser:
I just gave away a good isc on sunday. that might be something easy to grab from the junkyard on friday. I can't grab much because i am on the way to a wedding in millwaukee. the reception is at 5:00 and the drive is just over 6 hours without any stops. you guys can do the math.

i need to get a driveshaft part for my girlfriend's car. but i might have time to grab an isc.

its really easy to replace, but dont try it with a normal screwdriver! these bolts have been in there for about 20 years and will strip the heads or your screwdriver. Remove your battery and you should be able to see the tan isc right underneath your throttle body. take a deep well 8mm socket and loosen the 2 bolts holding the isc motor in. There should be one above and one below the isc. [you can also use an impact screwdriver instead of a socket] pull out the old isc. it may take some tapping or twisting to come loose. install the new one and put in the two bolts. plug the connecter back into the isc and install the battery.

Can somebody look at the newly registered user "Waffle" and approve the account, for Gods sake. Thank you.

As far as the tranny, sounds like limp mode, make sure all your sensor are hooked up correctly. As far as the charging system, first check the alternator fuse, if that's ok, take the alternator out and get it tested. If it tests ok, then we can go into further detail.

Doesn't mean it isn't a defective alternator. God only knows I've sold a few of those. They can get banged around during shipping or on the shelf.

Oh for Gods sake, it took so long I forgot my password, and the "forgotten password" thing wont work!

Can one of you guys reset my password and Email it to me? User name is Waffle
