Am I the only one who thinks this is going too far? He's popping on from time to time, but he's not posting, so he's obviously taking a break for a while. So, we respect that by posting address information and arial photos of his neighborhood, and encourage people to drop by unannounced and bother him at home?

Grow up, people. The thread's funny, but leave the guy alone if he's taking some time off.
 
when I see him around town, I'll let him know that all of your undies are moist, since none of you know what he's been up to.

Leave Defiant alone, he's a good kid.

(most will agree) but i dont think those pictures he says is him, really is. But Im wrong once or twice every year so this may be the time
 
no, it is him. the shotgun one and the naked guy at PC photoshops the face is his, id guess hes around 50ish. lookes like santa and wears hawaiian shirts and khakis, spring break santa is what i called him. he came to our meets in stockton when we had them a good year ago, stopped by a few times. first time we all like shit our pants as a old guy in a white talon started yelling at us "dam kids, take youre dsm's and stick em up your asses!" were like "wtf is this old guy doing in a talon" then he parked and we all noticed DEFIANT on his plates and it was like "holy #### d00ds its defiant". kinda like that giddy feeling when youre meeting a celebrity for the first time. a super cool guy though, i mean its straight from the heart when i say i hope he is ok.
 
Any word on this? It been a long time.
 
lets just close this thread and once he comes back have a pm sent to every member (im sure theres a way that luda could do that, right?) saying, GUESS WHOS BACK? with a picture of santa, I mean defiant. That way people stop giving out his adress and stuff and the man doesn't have a whole forum trying to hunt him down. I still like the letter in mailbox idea.

yea stick a letter in his mailbox or doorjam or something. it has been a long time for him to just disappear.
 
It's weird that he would log in but not post anything. Maybe someone else went on his computer, and his home page has GOT to be dsmtuners, so it just said that he logged in. :confused:
 
We keep in contact..ish with him. He's taking time off. After 19 thousand posts I think he deserves however much time off he wants.

finally, someone spoke up. thanks, I think now that we all know he is alive and safe, we can go back to our daily lives, not worrying about our poor defiant being kidnapped or something. great to hear hes ok. thanks for posting this.
 
tell you what the first time i posted on dsmtuners he tore me apart. i was lost for days with his quick remarks and ultimate wisdom. he knows everything there is to know about dsm's and who knows maybe he is having some tough times in life. but then again when has a dsm tuner had a rough time in life.........( its ok to laugh )

I am just glad to hear he's ok. He was the first on to tear into me on this site when I was a n00b.

by the way: does he really look like santa? WTF I'm on the east so I wouldnt know.
