Datalogger Fuel Trims go unchanged?

I got my TMO setup up and running this week. First off, my turbo is BLOWN, so it's NOT boosting at all, so I logged a "run" expecting to find all of my trims at 80%(it's a 1990) due to lack of air, excess fuel, so it would be trying to lean it out. I found the exact opposite.
All of the trims were at a steady 119%????? They didn't move one percent throughout a whole run? Any ideas guys?

My only theory is that the 02 sensor is wrecked from running so rich this whole time. On the logger, what is an example of a wrecked O2 sensor? Thanks for any help or ideas!

And yes, I'm getting a turb this week.

Fuel trims always take a while to change, so you may have to drive around a bit before they do. As for 119%, thats out of control. I would bet that the blown turbo and O2 are the cause, and the solution would be obvious. What are your O2 voltage readings at? That should be a good sign of a blown O2 if its not reading correctly.
