So as the title say, when i first start driving my car in the morning, for about the first mile or so, it seems like im getting fuel cut. It feels kinda like a boost leak, but i have done a boost leak test and it doesnt leak. The engine is pretty much stock, except i removed all the emissions.

Rear 02 won't effect anything. These engines can be picky with temperature depending on how you define 'cold'. Mine wouldn't rev over 1700RPM's if it was under 23* out. Do you have this same issue once the vehicle has reached operating temperature?

Get your profile updated.

Are you tuning with anything, how long is the car warming up for, what are the temperatures, do you have your ICS working and BISS adjusted properly?

No tunning yet, Car is usually warmed up for atleast 5 min... The ICS and BiSS should be good...there really isnt a problem with the idle.

Never tested the ICS tho.

Well, then time to check the ICS along with basics such as Spark and fuel delivery.

Did you EVER touch the BISS and change it's position from the time you had it? If so then your ICS is most likely out of spec for position. The BISS is one of those parts you never touch unless you know what it actually does.

The BISS doesn't change your idle, it's the ICS that is changing it by opening or closing to allow a certain amount of air to bypass the throttle plate. The BISS is a very minute airflow change.

+1 to this. Something I learned the hard way, and was corrected by this very man.
