cheap towing, and garage space

Anyone in the area know of a cheap towing service? might pick up a 93 shell to swap my drivetrain into. my car is kinda shot, and this would be a fresh start for me. also, does anyone have space for two cars in their garage to work on? i have a two car garage, but the wife would kill me if i put both in there and it will take me a while to get this all done. only thing i can think of is on base, but they require tags last i heard to have car stored/working on in their bays... any help or info is appreciated!
