CEL P1400 & P0125 but more.....

Ok this is what i am working with . I have just put on a 02 dump with new turbo upgrade. Also i have stock DP with 2.5 straight pipe with 3" Apexi cat-back. I just got these codes after install and driving in the highway at like 80 crusing. Ok i have used the search button and came up with this. The codes are being thrown from the 02 sensors. Maybe not bad cause i never had a problem with them but this. There is a upstream and downstream 02 sensor and if the air from the first 02 doesnt match the air recieved at the 2nd 02 then it will throw a code. I beileve some people get this from just removing a cat. I have had my cat uot for a while now but i was thinking that the 02 dump pushed it over the edge. Well i know there is a rewire that might fix this that i looked into on the VFAQ which i totally couldnt follow. So i was looking also at this , http://www.o2simulator.com/ What do you guys think ? Does all this sound right ?

wrap the rear o2 sensor in tin foil and see if that helps....

If not you'l have to replace your front o2 sensor.... :thumbdown

I had my P0125 fixed by getting newe front o2 sensor...

i know i saw that and it looked like gibberish to me, im going to pull the 02 tomorrow and maybe see if i can pull this off. Any tips from people who have done it would be awsome. Thanks for quick responces

Soon as you unplug that 2nd o2 sensor you will see the plug with the wires.
That's what your "modifying".

well i think that this soldering resistors in and such might be a little out of what i can attemp. So my question is having this CEL on board will that retard my timing/ hurt performance ?

i might just go 02 simulator only becuase install looks much easier and their ebayed at like 24 bucks , cant beat that i guess. this is all thats needed with that .
