Car running rough when idle?

Everytime my car is in Park it idles rough. Like the steering wheel shakes and some times u can hear this like tap tap tap tap noise or soemthing like that. Also when im driving and pull up to a stop light and im in Drive with my foot ont eh brake.....it idles alittle rough there too. Any ideas wiath it can be?

Your idle adjustment may be set too low.

the tapping is probably your lifters ticking.

it could be your timing. also, make sure your IAC motor is plugged in. those buggers like to come loose.
