Car jolts/jerks

My car jolts/jerks from about 2500 to 3500 rpms in everygear. I've had my current set up for months now and tonight is the first time ive had this problem. I just went over everythign checked for loose connections and didnt find anything.

Check your spark plugs and wires. Make sure that the spark plugs arent bad and that they are gapped correctly. Also maybe replace you wires, they might have gone bad.

Another thing to do on top of all that is do a boost leak test
