buy bearings with or without clearance

as the title says... ok im about to buy acl race rod and main bearings their going to be std size but should i just buy them std size or std size with .001" oil clearance??

im not sure i bought mine with std size and just double checked with platigauge of my clearances.

yeah but when you putting the quantity they ask if std or std with .001 oil clearance or .10 oversize but i dont know if its better with .001 or with out it

The clearance bearings are for high reving loose built engines. If your plans are under 600hp then the std bearings are fine....
