:DI have a 1g turbo awd that I bought from a private seller 3 weeks ago. The car came with a SAFC2, GReddy turbo timer and 3 inch exhaust everything else is stock as far as I know. Every gear shifts fine with smooth turbo spool, even shifts into reverse with no issue. I was doing about 85 mph and started to climb in speed the tachometer was at about 5000 rpm and I hit 95 mph and then the car bucked. I let off the gas and was doing 80 without issue. I did some reaserch so I will be checking for leaks and checking the ignition/changing plugs and wires. I just want to know if it is anything thats kind of unique that might have happened. This was my first time taking the car to this speed since buying it:hmm:

wait til you hit 120 :D
I had the same problem though, did a tune up and it was fine afterwards

A tune-up and a boost leak test should solve your problems, as long as you are running stock boost. If you are running more than 11 or 12 pounds of boost (provided the car has a boost gauge and a manual boost controller), you could be seeing fuel cut because of the cold weather. In that case I would turn the boost back down to stock levels in addition to a tune-up.
