I may be biased, but I'd say HKS Super sequential. It's got a dual chamber design, so you don't need to worry about any types of boost leak. It's also adjustable and gets great ratings on alot of the reviews.

Actually, the new ones are NOT adjustable. Which IMO, is easier then say a Greddy type RS/S were you have to find the "sweet spot".

I have had two, yes two, Greddy type RS's leak on me so I would not go with them. Again, just my opinion.

I have the HKS SSQV now and I couldn't be happier with it

My cousin has the HKS SSQV and he likes it very much. How many pounds of boost are you planning on running? I am personally using the 1g Eclipse BOV and those are good for a while if you "crush" them.

I would recommend going with a 1g bov, they're cheap, don't sound too bad and will hold the amount of boost you need. That way you can save some of that cash for other parts of your turbo project.

personally if your going for performance might as well fork out the money for the SSQV so that your not wasting money by buying the 1g bov and then upgrading later cause it cant take the boost but if your just looking for something to hold your boost and sound nice and arnt really going much higher in your psi then go for the 1st gen bov

IMO, both are excellent bov's and are fun to install on your car

have fun

Thanxs guys, Im def going with the HKS SSQV! I heard alot of good reviews on them and you guys def agreed on that too. So I'll def let you know how it turned out. lata

Well I love my Greddy Type S (authentic), not just for the sound, but even in its performance. If you use the nipple on the top and connect it to a source in intercooler pipe, you equalize the presssure on the top side so it doesn't leak.

I'm a big fan of the 1g BOV, they are completely cost effective, (free if you can find them), and they do perform and sound.

I like the HKS SSQV and was originally going to go with that, but I was conivinced otherwise by my own prefferences.

If your strictly going on what can hold more boost, and performs the best. Hands Down its the Tial BOV

Yeah but the downside to these is finding the correct size clamps when installing the BOV. I couldn't find any pinchers to fit around the washer clamp when installing. You may need to search around but it's honestly the only hard, well, tricky part of the install. So I had to steal one from my buddy's speed shop. :shhh: (clampers people! Not the BOV!) :sneaky:

bigrand is right about the Tial BOV it is probably the best performance BOV at least that ive seen around but still the SSQV is cheaper then the Tial and still gives you great performance
