Big SAFC II problem, please help

I installed and did the initial setup for my Apexi S-AFC II last week and it ran great afterwards, but I unplugged it because I fabricated a fiberglass pod for it out of my center vent. (It came out awesome ) But when I plugged it back in it started running like crap . I need to install an exhaust O2 sensor but it was running great before I unplugged the S-AFC and the initial settings are still set. If anyone could help that would be great.

All I can suggest, and I had a similar issue, is re-check ALL the settings, AND check where you soldered the AFC wires into the ECU harness...
