best shop for turbo rebuild?

my t25 turbo is leaking oil and coolant and needs to get rebuilt, as well as the big 16g i have sitting in my kitchen (too much wiggling to be safe). cany anyone recommend a good shop in the boston, ma area, within 75 miles or so? otherwise, any good shops that i can ship them to will be ok. i don't want to spend more than $300 on each to get rebuild if i can help it. thanks!!
