I have been wondering why would someone port a o2 housing center divider??
I been seeing more of them like this

Controlls boost creep.

Honestly I think if you cut it out and ported the whole thing into a big bellmouth it would flow the most... not as good as a really nice designed tubular o2 but a big gain.

So what would one do for a gasket
I might bell port my o2 housing

Porting it big may not get you huge benefits unless you are going bug turbo and such. Make sure when you do it that you polish it good and taek out the ridges and such. The is very good porting techniques for this in vfaq.coml. That will help the most to get the exhaut to exit. Always polish exhaust side of things.. Hope that helps.. TTY
