Axle cup won't come off

So I am doing the rear 4 bolt swap on my 1g gsx and one axle cup slid right off but this other one is on there DAMN GOOD. I have tried everything from crowbars to hammers. I have been constantly applying PB Blaster and this thing just REFUSES to even come slightly loose. (Yes the 27mm nut is off ) Any ideas on how I can get this thing off?

You might be SOL and in need of a whole new hub assymbly. Its pritty common for axle to get siezed into the hubs. if you have enough patiance you can take the whole spindle assybly out and get it to where you can hang it virtical so that the pb can soak in better. it might take a few days for it to soak b4 it'll come out if it even does at all.

If you are replacing the axle and dont care about damaging it you can drill a hole through the cup than put a screw driver or a long piece of metal through it.Run a chain from whatever you put through the axle cup to a pinch bar or a crow bar.Give yourself a few feet of length on the chain so you can give it a good tug without potentially damaging your vehicle.Put your foot against the bottom of the crow bar for leverage and yank on it.Make sure the chain is towards the top of the bar.I've done this several times before when doing this job in a driveway.They get seized in there pretty good.It'll come out though.You wont get it just by prying on the axle cup with a short pry bar.You'll need atleast a 3ft bar and even than the trick with the chain will pop it off a lot easier.

I just did this on my car this weekend. I used a 1/2" drive breaker bar slid the end of it to the back of the axle cup and hit it with my 3.5lb sledge hammer. Turn the axle cup to the next bolt hole and hit it again and again till it was loose enough to pull off.

I've heard that a pulley puller works good too.
