Long story short: My friend messed with it and now it doesn't turn off with the car. Anyone know how to make it turn off when the car turns off? I've looked through all the settings and tried searching google but no luck so far. A guide or how-to works too. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

I checked the wires and everything is wired up correctly I really don't understand what happened it's baffling.

If the title is right, it says SAFC II, not Neo. It has to have power going to it still. Unhook the power wire and put it on a fuse or line that goes on and off with the car, like a ignition wire.

+1 it should have both a constant to save your settings and a remote(ignition wire) going to it

Did you see exactly what he did? Also, who installed it...?
It came with the car so I'm not sure who installed it but it would turn off with the car before it was messed with.

I'm gonna do this thanks you all for the help.
