Anyway to repair "broken" sideskirt?

First off I would like to say that I hate snow and what I'm about to mention is a result of this crappy Northeast weather. Well a piece of my sideskirt broke off. It's the front piece of the sideskirt I guess you could say? The part that the mudguard usually attaches to, and thanks to the god damn snow and ice, the tabs or whatever holds that piece on all broke off. Now it's just hanging there. The question is, has this happened to anyone before? And is there a way to get it back in place, like gluing or something? I don't want to have to purchase a whole new sideskirt and the piece itself is fine. Hopefully someone knows what I'm talking about and can help me.

the sideskirt cap is held on by plastic clips...the thing is that if the clips are broken you can go to Mitsu and get new ones. When my sideskirt broke off the clip holders on the skirt broke too, so there was nothing to hold the clips. I had to get a new sideskirt. So check which is broken the clips or the clip holders. Go from there...if you can take pics that might help too!

Oh yeah I lived in jersey over the summer and found a silver 2g in one of the junkyards that just happened to have a sideskirt for the side i needed. All i had to do was get it repainted and it cost me $40 from the yard. So search around at a junkyard.
