any knowledge about the EFI systems PMS

hey guys i was wondering if anyone has any info about this engine mangement system? my buddy was offering it to me, but i was looking for more info or feedback if anyone has used it before? and if its worth it

i have it. it is pretty good you can adjust the timing and fuel at idle and chage timing and fuel at part throttle and WOT. it also has 2 step lunch control and other goodies that is fun to mess with
