Okay I did some searching for clutch chatter and found allot of good info, but pretty much everything I found, dealt with the opposite of what is going on for me. When my clutch pedal is pushed in I get a wicked rattle coming from the car when it is released it goes away. Sometimes it wont happen sometimes it will, If I rev up the engine with the clutch engine just a little bit the sound gets louder, I just adjusted my clutch pedal, because before it wouldn't disengage properly, but then I never had this problem. I haven't noticed any difference in drive-ability as of late all seems the same...any thoughts?

There is a spring out, busted rivets or something else wrong.

At first I thought I had TOB problems..... It rattled then went to no disengagement.

Get a new clutch and do the alignment dowel check.. Mine were in it was just too much HP.....

So a new clutch is my only option? Will it hurt if I keep driving it how it is?

A loose hub spring could eat the plate and flywheel... My friction ring shattered into 3 chunks locking the clutch....... Luckly no damage to the flywheel as it all happened quick and I got out of the power.

If you keep rolling around on it the potential for secondary parts damage grows.

Umm why do you think they make scattersheilds... Its about to scatter dude... Get a replacement and start getting ## done on the install...

Just in between jobs right now so moneys tight, :coy: I think I can scrounge up 350$ for a clutch tho and since no work definatly got the weekend needed for an install, Thanks guys :thumb:
