Hello everyone at the DSM fourms that looks at this post!

There was not a thread that had this stupid of a question created yet so I will go head and explain.

I had the alternator go out in my 1990 Eclipse 1.8. I don't have to much know with cars yet but I am learning. Anyways my friend was the one who did most of the work taking out the alternator. Today I successfully put everything back together excluding the wiring... Where do I plug these guys in?!?!

Thanks for the help!

well theres one plug that goes into the alt and the other wires with the loop get bolted to the stud sticking out, pictures might hep us help you if you cant figure it out

Well this is my alternator.
What wires are positive, negative, and ground.
And where do they go?

I'm sorry that this is a really unpieced question.

THE RED WIRE GOES TO THE STUD STICKING OUT OF THE ALT. PUT THE EYE BOLT THRU AND A BOLT COMES vER ON TOP TO TIGHTEN IT DOWN. THEN THE ONLY LOOSE PLUG SHOULD PLUG RIGHT IN THE THREE OR FOUR PIN SOCKET IN ALTERNATOR. THE BOLTS THAT BOLT THE ALT UP TO nGINE ARE THE GROUND
