Looks really good... That high pitch sounds could be from newly installed timing belt or other new belts.. I noticed that noise when I replace my Timing belt....
just my 2cents..

Also, I figure the squeaks will quiet down after it's been run for a bit. Have you checked the belt torque? It's likely they've stretched or even "flat spotted" over time.

looks like an aftermarket side-marker light.

As stated, Run it for a bit and see if it quiets down. If not check belt tensions.
