4g63 vs 4g64 transmission

Which transmission is the better way to go on my stock 95 gst 2.0l? In your opinion and from experience what do you think is a better option. Another 2g gst transmission or a 2g spyder gs transmission replacement? How do the spyder transmission drive on an eclipse gst engine?

depends how much torque you are throwing down through the 4g63 trans. I would recommend upgrading the stock transmission.

I would say stick with the 4g63 trans. I also own a 3G eclipse and am pretty active on Club3G, and the majority of guys who end up boosting their 4g64 blow the stock trans fairly quickly. So from what I've seen its just not meant to handle it, unless you're running low boost. How much torque though?
