True, just get a section of pipe, cut it, and weld 2 flanges on.

I think im gonna build mine. Just curious though, where should i get the flanges from and where can I get a 2.5" piece of flex? Also, my exhaust right now is very loud. All i have is a straight pipe with a straight through muffler. Im thinking of getting resonators to quiet it down a bit and correct me if im wrong, but these are used only to quiet things a bit correct? How much quieter would this make it and does it hurt performance noticeably? Sorry for all the q's, just want to do it all at once and all right.

Its a thermal catback and pace setter downpipe both 3" and the buschur testpipe wont work there made for downpipe and catback that buschur makes..
